











This vertical shaft drill series is custom-developed for drilling in shaft sinking construction. It suits various vertical shaft projects and performs exceptionally well in large-diameter shafts with fluctuating rock hardness, delivering high construction efficiency and stable operation.
It supports a wide shaft diameter range with flexible operation and precise positioning. Driven by compressed air and hydraulic transmission, the rig realizes full mechanical movement. Equipped with a pneumatic rock drill, long feed stroke and parallel moving mechanism, it greatly improves blasthole drilling accuracy and efficiency, cuts auxiliary time substantially, and raises overall work efficiency by 30%.
Structure Features & Working Principle:
Power System: Pneumatic motor drives the hydraulic pump, combined multi-way valves to centrally control the cylinders, enabling automated positioning and fixing.
Positioning Design: Key cylinders fitted hydraulic locks. Featuring high-rigidity boom and parallel movement mechanism, it delivers higher drilling accuracy and efficiency.
Feed Mechanism: An adjustable feed force is achieved via cylinder-steel rope structure, adapting different rock layers stable rod extraction and strong power.
