Mining hook device

G5, G7, G9, G11, G13, G15, G18, G21 hooks and hook assemblies, meeting diverse application needs. These are certified by national safety standards and feature a anti-drop design for mining hoisting hook assemblies, making them essential equipment for mining operations.
This hook and connecting device is specially designed for the core material hoisting link in vertical shaft sinking projects, serving as a key component to ensure the safe and efficient operation of kibbles. Its application runs through all stages of shaft excavation, support, and installation, with specific uses as follows:
Muck Hoisting: Safely suspends muck kibbles to continuously and stably lift crushed rock generated during shaft excavation from the working face to the surface.
Material Lowering: Reliably suspends material kibbles to deliver essential construction supplies underground, including concrete, support materials (e.g., rock bolts, mesh sheets), tools, and equipment.

Structure Features & Working Principle:
Type I: Non-eccentric rope guard connection:
Features a compact structure, easy disassembly and assembly, and a reasonable bending radius for the steel wire rope. It is suitable for routine lifting operations requiring frequent replacement or adjustment.
Type II: Tapered socket connection:
The tapered socket, wedge, and steel wire rope end are cast into a solid metal whole using poured babbitt alloy. This connection method does not damage the internal structure of the steel wire rope, enabling uniform load transfer. It is the preferred choice for heavy-duty, long-term use, or high-vibration conditions, providing permanent connection safety assurance.

Reliable Load Transmission: The weight kibble and materials is transmitted the hoisting steel wire rope through the hook and connecting parts via the optimal force flow path, avoiding local stress concentration.
Inherent Anti-Uncoupling Design: The hook is equipped with a safety self-locking or anti-drop structure to prevent accidental uncoupling of the kibble during operation.
Buffering and Protection: The toughness of the forged part itself and the rational structural design effectively absorb shocks and vibrations during operation, while protecting the steel wire rope to the maximum extent and extending its service life.
