This JKZ/2JKZ series comprises large-scale hoisting equipment specially designed for mine shaft excavation, suitable for new construction or expansion of vertical shafts in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metallic mines. It can safely and efficiently transport personnel, waste rock, concrete, and equipment, while also handling key operations such as lifting drilling rigs, lowering formwork, and suspending hanging platforms. Selection must comply with safety regulations, with verification of parameters such as wire rope specifications and motor power to match rock-handling capacity, shaft depth, and bucket volume requirements.

Structure and Working Principle:
The machine consists of core components including the main shaft assembly, double-drum rope adjustment mechanism, hydraulic station, and electrical control system. After motor startup, power is transmitted via couplings and reducers to drive the main shaft. By switching the motor's direction of rotation, the winding or unwinding of the wire rope on the drum is controlled, thereby moving the hoisting container back and forth. The electrical control system integrates multiple protections such as overwinding and overspeed to ensure operational safety.
Operation in violation of regulations, overload, overspeed, or uncontrolled lowering during power failure is strictly prohibited. This equipment is dedicated to shaft sinking and is intended for use only during the mine construction phase. It must be replaced with a permanent hoist after the mine becomes operational.
