DTC deep-trough steep-angle belt conveyor . It delivers coal, ore, grain other bulk materials via custom inclined continuous operation.
Eliminates ordinary steep-slope conveyor material spillage and slippage. Realizes stable high-efficiency conveying at 20°–30°. Special configurations enable larger angle operation.
Applicable to underground coal mines, open-pit mines, ports, coal preparation plants and industrial sites.
Structure Features & Working Principle:
Deep-Trough Anti-Spill Structure: Core fitted over 50° deep-trough idlers. Optimized compact idler layout forms stable U-shaped material cross section, boosts conveying capacity greatly. High-strength side guards and adjustable baffles optional for multi-stage physical protection, prevents material spillage and backflow in uphill operation.
Reinforced Key Components: Reinforced structure and dynamic sealing fitted for steep-angle complex stress. Drive head, tail bend pulley and take-up system fully strengthened. Custom housings and heavy-duty bearing seats enhance overall rigidity and impact resistance. Ensure stable long-term operation in harsh working conditions.
Smooth Soft Start: Standard fitted with advanced soft start devices including VFD, CST controlled drive. Enables belt smooth shock-free start and stop from zero to rated speed. Reduces drive system transient stress effectively. Prolongs overall equipment service life.
Safety Braking (Optional): Integrated soft start and hydraulic disc brake control system optional for precise steep-angle shutdown. Delivers seamless accurate start, speed regulation and braking. Eliminates reverse rotation and belt slippage risks during shutdown.
Secures dual safety protection for equipment operation.
Excellent Incline Adaptability: Reliable conveying up 25° standard smooth belts; up to 28°-39° chevron/diamond patterned belts special covers. Eliminates transfer points, shortens conveying lines, optimizes layout, and reduces total project investment.
High Conveying Reliability: Deep-trough containment + modular baffles prevent spillage, ideal free-flowing bulk materials. Ensures continuous production, reduces material loss, cleanup costs, unplanned downtime, improving site safety and cleanliness.
Significant Maintenance Economy: Core components (pulleys, idlers, drive units) are highly interchangeable with standard DTC series conveyors.
