Structure Features & Working Principle:
Double-row gear drive: Some JC series hoist-specific models double-arc cylindrical gears. More teeth engage simultaneously. High contact strength. Large load capacity. Disperses impact loads effectively hoist start stop.
Heavy-duty hardened gears: Made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel. Carburized, quenched, ground. Surface hardness up to HRC 54-62. High wear resistance. Core remains tough for strong impact resistance.
Rigid housing & reliable sealing: Robust cast iron/welded housing withstands heavy loads vibration. Precision sealing prevents dust/moisture ingress. Ensures long-term gear/bearing operation in harsh conditions.
Specialized connection interfaces: Input/output shafts match mining hoist motor standards drum connections. Enables secure direct coupling motors hoist drums.


Power Input: High-speed, low-torque power from the hoist main motor is transferred to the reducer input shaft via a coupling.
Speed Reduction & Torque Increase: Power transfers via two extra precision gear stages: input pinion → intermediate gear → intermediate pinion → output gear. Speed drops sharply each stage, torque rises proportionally.
Power Output: Low-speed, high-torque power drives the hoist drum to wind or release the steel rope, achieving smooth load lifting/lowering.
Operation: Double-arc hardened ground gears ensure smooth transmission, low vibration, low noise, reducing mechanical shock and wear during mining hoisting.
