Tubular Belt Conveyor

Tubular belt conveyors, also known as pipe belt conveyors, are a new type of belt conveyor developed from trough-type belt conveyors. The purpose of using tubular conveyors is to maximize the conveyor belt's ability to enclose the material, achieving a sealed conveying environment. In addition to the high conveying capacity, simple structure, ease of use, and adaptability of general-purpose belt conveyors, tubular belt conveyors offer the following advantages:

  1. Closed-loop material conveying;
  2. Conveyor arrangements can follow spatial curves;
  3. Conveying at large angles is possible;
  4. Intermediate conveying sections are narrow;
  5. The upper and lower belt branches can be used to transport different materials back and forth;
  6. They can transport a wide variety of materials and are widely used in industries such as steel, mining, coal, electricity, cement, chemicals, and papermaking.
