Product use and scope of application
Multi-rope friction mine hoists are divided into tower type and floor type according to the installation form. They are mainly used for vertical lifting of materials, personnel and equipment in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines.
Since the electrical equipment of this product is non-explosion-proof, it cannot be used in places with flammable and explosive media such as gas and coal dust.
Product implementation standards
JKMD and JKM multi-rope friction hoist series products are designed and manufactured in accordance with Q/HBWF006 "Multi-rope Friction Hoist" enterprise standard, AQ1036-2007 "Multi-rope Friction Hoist for Coal Mines Safety Inspection Specifications" and GB/T10599-2010 "Multi-rope Friction Hoist" standard and "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".
Working principle
The multi-rope friction hoist adopts the principle of flexible body friction transmission. The wire rope is placed on the friction wheel, and the friction between the wire rope and the friction pad is used to lift and lower heavy objects or personnel.

| Note 1. The product specifications listed in this table represent preferred/precedential configurations. | ||||||||||||
| Note 2. During selection, if the anti-slip calculation of the system cannot meet requirements, the entire hoisting system shall be adjusted accordingly. Should the requirements still remain unsatisfied, selection may advance by one grade/specification tier. | ||||||||||||
| Note 3. For large-scale multi-rope friction hoists with substantial installed power where single-drive units prove inadequate, Type IV dual-motor drive configurations shall receive priority selection. | ||||||||||||
