JK mining hoisting winch has a wide range of applications and is suitable for metal mines (gold, copper, etc.), non-metallic mines (coal, limestone, etc.) and small to medium-sized mines. Product implementation standards
JK and 2JK series products are designed and manufactured according to the enterprise standard Q/HBWF003 "Single Rope Wrapped Mine Hoist", the industry standard AQ1035-2007 "Safety Inspection Specifications for Single Rope Wrapped Mine Hoists for Coal Mines", the national standard GB/T20961-2007 "Single Rope Wrapped Mine Hoists" and the "Coal Mine Safety Specifications".
Working principle
The motor transmits power to the drum of the wound wire rope through the reducer to achieve the lifting and lowering of the container; the speed is adjusted through electrical control; the disc brake is braked by hydraulic and electrical control; various position indication systems are used to indicate the depth of the lifting container; the whole machine is monitored and protected by a mechanical, electrical and hydraulic joint control system composed of various transmission sensors and control elements; and information transmission inside and outside the hoist is achieved through computer and network technology.
