Product application scope

The JK and 2JK series single-rope winding type mine hoists are mainly used for lifting coal, materials, personnel and lowering materials and equipment in vertical or inclined shafts of coal mines, metal mines and non-metal mines. They can also be used for other traction transportation purposes.

Product working principle

The motor transmits power to the drum wound with steel wire rope through the reducer to achieve the lifting and lowering of the container. Speed regulation is achieved through electrical control; The disc brake is braked by hydraulic and electrical control. Through various position indication systems, the depth indication of the lifting container is achieved; The monitoring and protection of the entire machine are achieved through a combined mechanical, electrical and hydraulic control system composed of various transmitters and control components. The information transmission inside and outside the hoist is realized through computer and network technologies.

1、Working conditions of the hoist

①in a machine room with an air temperature ranging from 0℃ to 40℃, a relative humidity not exceeding 85%(when the ambient temperature is 20℃ ± 5℃), and an altitude not exceeding 1000m. It must be able to prevent liquids from entering the electrical interior, operate in an environment free from severe vibration, jolting, and corrosive gases.

②When the altitude exceeds 1000m, the air cooling effect and the decrease in dielectric strength need to be taken into account. The selected electrical equipment should be designed or used in accordance with the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.

③The working environment temperature is 0℃ to 40℃.

2、Wire Rope Winding Layer Regulations

Do Not Exceed the Limit

(1)For vertical shafts:

  • Personnel or mixed personnel/material transport:1 layer max.
  • Material-only transport:2 layers max.

(2)For inclined shafts/tunnels:

  • Personnel or mixed personnel/material transport:2 layers max.
  • Material-only transport:3 layers max.

(3)Critical transition zone

   (where rope shifts from lower to upper layer, approx. 1/4 rope length) must be inspected regularly. The rope position must be shifted by 1/4 turn quarterly.

3、Warning

(1) This hoist is strictly prohibited from being used in environments with flammable or explosive gases such as methane or coal dust!

(2) Overloading is strictly prohibited during operation!

(3) Overspeeding and coasting during power failure are strictly prohibited!

(4) For inclined shaft applications:

  • When hauling mine cars, the shaft inclination must not exceed 25°.
  • When hauling skips, the shaft inclination should be 25°–35°.
  • When hauling rail-bound vehicles, the shaft inclination should preferably not exceed 25°.
