Working principle of single-side curved track side-unloading mine car It is pulled by a track traction locomotive or winch and can only be unloaded to the set side on the curved track unloading platform prepared at the unloading place. One side of the carriage is connected to the frame with a lower shaft, and the other side box door is equipped with an unloading roller. During unloading, when the roller moves along the curved track slope transition device on the upslope section of the unloading curved track, the carriage is tilted, and the movable side door rotates around the pin shaft and is pulled open to start unloading. When the roller runs downhill along the inclined unloading curved track, the carriage automatically descends and resets to close the side door by its own weight.
