Drop-bottom mine car

A bottom-side dump mine car primarily consists of a carriage, frame, buffers, connectors, and axles. The car body is typically metal, with automatic buffer hooks installed at both ends, allowing the mine cars to automatically connect upon collision. The carriage and frame of a bottom-dump mine car are connected by axles. When using a bottom-dump mine car for unloading, an unloading station with a pit must be set up in the pit yard. When the mine car carriage is suspended and moves forward along rollers, the undercarriage automatically opens downward due to its own weight and the weight of the ore it carries. The unloading wheels at the rear end of the carriage undercarriage roll downward along the unloading curved track, and the door on the undercarriage gradually opens. Due to the weight of the ore and the weight of the undercarriage, the mine car is subjected to a horizontal thrust, pushing the train through the unloading center point, and all the ore is unloaded.
