2JTK Mining Hoist Winch
The 2JTK mining hoist winch is suitable for hoisting operations in inclined tunnels and vertical shafts in coal, metal, and non-metallic mines. Unlike the JTK model, it utilizes a dual-drum design. This unique design enhances hoisting efficiency and is particularly suitable for mining operations requiring simultaneous multi-tasking or bidirectional hoisting.
Product working principle
This non-explosion-proof winch should be used in a machine room without explosive media, with an air temperature of -5C ~ 40c, a relative humidity of not more than 85% (when the ambient temperature is 20+ 5C)and a height of no more than 1000m, and must be able to prevent water and liquid from penetrating into the inside of the equipment, it works in an environment without violent vibration, bumps or corrosive gases.When the altitude exceeds 1000m, the air cooling effect and dielectric strength reduction need to be considered, and the selected media equipment should be designed or used according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
